ReplyDeleteGood grief! 1 out of 2 insiders are causing the breach. Are the others from the outside?
It is very true. That is the reason as soon as we have one person from IT leaving the team or being fired from the team, we take away all his/her permissions and change passwords automatically. The person is escorted outside with a security guard. But if he/she has stolen files on a flash drive long time ago while at work, we are totally caught unaware. Ethics and background check is vital here.
